Renée is the heart of Pawsh Club 💪 She’s been with us since Day 1 and is basically a celebrity among our pups and their hoomans. Dogs light up the moment they see her, and we’re pretty sure she’s secretly fluent in bark.

She’s not just good with dogs - she’s exceptional. Renée has a razor-sharp memory and can recall every detail about every single pup she’s cared for. We’re talking favourite snacks, nap routines, toy preferences, besties, triggers, and how they like their meals served. Her instincts are spot on, and she handles every dog with calm, focused care and confidence.

She runs the day like clockwork. From welcoming nervous newcomers and training young pups, to snapping the perfect photo for a report card and keeping the schedule tight, Renée does it all with intention and heart. She makes even the busiest days feel smooth and joyful 💖

Whether she’s grooming, managing bookings, soothing anxious pups, or leading playgroup, Renée brings structure, warmth, and love to everything she touches. She makes every dog feel like the most important pup in the room, because to her, they truly are 🐾
