Pet Boarding License Number: AVS00031
Pawsh Hotel is licensed by Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) and follows closely the protocols for hygiene, wellness and pet management. Besides guaranteeing safety for doggie guests throughout their stay, we aim to foster good behaviors through daily training and maximize comfort with hygienic care. With our "Community Snoozing" concept, doggie guests will get to enjoy sleeping with their favorite friends and caregiver. For doggies that prefer their own space, we can separate them from being bothered. We simulate their home environment and routine as much as we can accommodate, while teaching them good eating habits, socialization skills, building confidence in a new environment, and reducing separation anxiety if any, etc.

For the safety of all the doggie guests, we cannot accept intact male doggie guests for boarding after they've turned 2 years old.
Besides the core vaccines, we require Bordertella vaccine to protect doggie guests against kennel cough. If the doggie guest has recently contracted kennel cough, please refrain from coming for daycare or boarding at least two weeks after onsite of symptoms.
Your reservation will only be confirmed after you've made a full payment upfront. You can receive a full refund if you make a cancellation request at least one week in advance. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within one week of booking.
We intend to keep our doggie guests' routine as much as we can. That includes not changing their regular diet. For doggie guests on a raw diet or freshly cooked meals, we recommend that you prepare all the food they need and freeze them. We will defrost or heat up before each meal for feeding.
We will have a caregiver sleep with our doggie guests overnight to provide care and companionship. So far one caregiver looks after no more than 6 doggie guests at one time.
We do not provide CCTV access to the public to protect the privacy of our staff and doggie guests. However, we do update frequently with photos & videos, and maintain transparent and open communication if anything needs your immediate attention. In addition, we send detailed report cards to inform you of doggie guest’s wellbeing and activities.
Yes! The credits you purchase from the promotional package can be used for daycare, boarding, grooming and transport. Doggie guests from the same household can share the package.
