Pricing
- Less than 6KM distance: $30 two-way / $20 one-way
- Greater than 6KM: $45 two-way / $25 one-way
- Greater than 16KM: $60 two-way / $35 one-way
- Private transport prices may vary
- For more than one dog from the same household, a $5 discount will be applied.
Timing
- Pick-up: 7:30am - 10am
- Drop-off: 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Attire
Doggie guests are recommended to wear a harness for riding the doggie school bus. Please make sure the harness is comfortably snug on the doggie guest and safety secured.
Bookings
The last booking for morning pickup is 5pm the night before. Any booking after that might not be guaranteed.
The last booking for evening drop-off is 2pm the same day. Any booking after that might not be guaranteed.
Any cancellation for transport after 8pm the night before will be subject to the full charge as all route planning and manpower have been finalized.
Cleaning Fee
Please inform us in advance if your furkid might experience motion sickness during the car ride. Make sure that they have peed and pooped in the morning before the doggie school bus arrives. If the doggie guest vomits, pees or poos in the car, a cleaning and disinfection fee might be charged.
What time do you pick up for transport?
The pickup and dropoff timings vary depending on the transport locations for the day. We will inform you the exact timing the day before. Generally we pick up from 7:30am to 10am and drop off from 5pm to 7:30pm.
Do you use cages on the school bus?
We do not use any cages in the van. Instead, we use safety equipment that are designed for dogs to secure the doggie guests in place. We recommend all bus riders to wear a harness to maximized safety.
What's the maximum number of doggies you take per trip?
So far we don't take more than 7 doggos per trip.
Do you only pick up for daycare?
